Children who participate in Boys and Girls Clubs of America aren’t running the streets – they are in a safe community facility under adult supervision. They are provided with homework help, recreation, a wide variety of activities from sports to arts to science, plus opportunities to learn life skills that create a solid foundation for continued growth.
The BGCS offers over 2 dozen programs including:
- Keystone Club: 14-18 year olds plan and implement activities and community service projects
- Torch Club: 11-13 year olds plan and implement activities and community service projects.
- ImageMakers: National Photography Program: Children of all ages learn photography.
- National Fine Arts Exhibit: Young people create art in many different forms and media for a national competition.

- And much more . . .
Boys and Girls Clubs of America exist to give children a safe place to learn and grow. They serve communities they exist in, providing children with fun, recreation and education in many areas. The list above only touches on the variety of support BGCA offers children.
Clubs are staffed by trained professionals who know how to work with children. They are supported by volunteers who love children and give their time to help kids succeed.
Boys and Girls Clubs of America are wonderful places for children to spend time and build friendships. If your child would like to participate in a variety of activities and you would like to see him learn and grow, BGCA is a good choice.
